Customers are extremely satisfied with Weasel Software — 81% of respondents gave us five stars for the “overall feel” of the collaboration

The results of our customer satisfaction survey for the first half of 2025 have been completed — and they are a good read. The vast majority of respondents are really satisfied with us: we receive special praise for our expertise, strong special skills and comfort.
The customer survey, led by Weasel Software, was answered by 26 people from 15 different organisations from both Finland and Sweden. They told us how we had succeeded in working together — and where we could be even better. We are enormously grateful for every response and perspective.
NPS 84 — our customers are ready to recommend us
Our Net Promoter Score was 84 — an exceptionally high reading that speaks of deep confidence. For comparison: the industry average for IT services is 29 and 42 for B2B software industries. Our results fall into the “world-class” category.

Overall rating 4.8/5 — the vast majority gave us a full five
Our customers feel that it is easy and pleasant to work with us. We were particularly praised for our expertise, flexibility and ability to resolve. Appreciation for smooth and comfortable things to do together was echoed in many responses.
“Keep up the same good work. Especially good is the ease of cooperation and the absence of unnecessary stiffening, we are like one family.”

This top result has been specifically born out of the everyday choices of every Weasel Software employee, and therefore thanks and credit goes first and foremost to our staff. We do our work competently, with heart and together with our customers. Such a result does not arise by chance, but is the sum of competence and attitude.
